Expanded metal (Expanded Mesh) is produced by cutting and stretching metal sheets in specialized presses, transforming them into a three-dimensional, porous structure. Thanks to this manufacturing technique, SACCIO Metal Mesh Systems become a single-piece, highly durable building material with no welds or joint points.

The most distinctive feature of mesh facades is their visual perception that changes depending on the viewing angle. From one angle, they can appear as a fully closed and solid metal surface, while from another angle they become transparent, revealing the structure or the view behind them. This dynamic texture adds volume and character to buildings. In addition, the material’s 3D form breaks up sunlight and provides natural shading.
